Manz Custom Crete provides residential and commercial concrete installation and excavation services. All project timelines, estimates, and specifications will be detailed in a separate written agreement or estimate provided prior to the commencement of work.

3. SMS & Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages (including promotional, transactional, and alert messages) from Manz Custom Crete related to your inquiry, estimate, and project updates.

• Consent: Opt-in consent is obtained exclusively when you check the optional consent box and submit the "Get your free estimate" form on our website with your phone number. We do not use a chat bot or other alternative opt-in methods.
• Opt-out: You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying "STOP" to our messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
• Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at sjmconcrete800@gmail.com or (385) 438-2766.
• Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
• Privacy: Please read our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle your data. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

4. Estimates and Pricing

Free estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Pricing is subject to change based on material costs, site conditions, or changes in project scope requested by the client.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Manz Custom Crete, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
